Best Manager

Get set for the challenges you are going to face as a manager. The aim of this event is to identify the student with the traits of a good manager. It also aims to find out how he/she demonstrates the skills, knowledge and talents of a good manager. It further tests him on how he uses the strategies to solve the problems.

ROUND 1-BREAK THE ICE

This round includes a mix of aptitude questions to test the ability of the participants. 30 questions will be asked from different topics. Evaluation includes negative marking.

Time limits: 30 minutes

This is an elimination round. The selected participants will step into next round.

ROUND 2-SITUATION ROUND

The candidates will be allotted a situation and given a specific time to think about it. Then they are supposed to present their solution to the judges. We select top five for the final round.

Time limit: 1hour

ROUND 3-KILL BILL (STRESS ROUND)

The selected participants will go through a stress interview round and only one will come out with the BEST MANAGER tag.

Time limit: 30 minutes for each participant

RULES:

1.Calculators are not allowed.

2.Be ready for any task.

3.All participants should have their resume.

4.Judges decision is final
